Three landscapes: the theme of the park above the secant faces in the first place, the need to connect physically and symbolically the two parts of the city separated by the railway infrastructure. Three main landscapes delimit and structure the competition area and its context: the hilly landscape, distant background, the river landscape that touches the west and, finally, the landscape of the land division that infiltrates from the east on the inside. Crossing the area of the new park, a strategic program of urban regeneration areas currently disused and cut above the new road underground freeway, hills, rivers, land division visually enter the park and connect to the city. |
